COVID-19 Update: A Message from Fr. Bob & Fr. Matt

In the midst of the present crisis and uncertainty, we are called to trust in the Lord. We will pray for an end to the Coronavirus and pray for all those who are sick or have died.  We look also to the Archbishop for guidance. The following directions are a hardship for us as a faith community, but are necessary steps to combat the virus. We will not be gathering as a faith community, but we can be united in personal prayer.

Under the direction of Archbishop Allen Vigneron, all parish activities including all Sunday and weekday public Masses, faith formation courses (RCIA and youth Religious Education), and all other parish ministries (homebound ministries) and activities are suspended in the Archdiocese of Detroit until Easter Monday, April 13. Please be assured that all scheduled Mass intentions will be fulfilled at the private Masses of our priests.

While services have been suspended, the Church building will be open for private prayer Monday through Friday, 6 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. so that you may approach Our Lord who is fully present in the Tabernacle. The Adoration Chapel has been temporarily closed. Privately scheduled events will continue as necessary, including Baptisms and funeral Masses. Private confessions will be available from 2-4 p.m. on Saturdays and 5-6 p.m. on Tuesdays. Visit the COVID-19 Update Tab above for more information.
